CrossFit – Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.

A typical CrossFit class will use any piece of equipment in the gym (and maybe some outside the gym). Although no two classes will be the same you’ll see many of the same faces each time. You’ll form strong bonds with members as you work hard together toward the goal of better fitness.



Sports Performance

Our strength and conditioning program is dedicated to building athletic capacity. This supports the demands of the necessary skills in any sport. This can be designed to accommodate athletes of all skill level from youth to professional.



A+ is an hour long boot-camp style class. You will see all your favorite movement patterns and a variety of equipment used.

Incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, medicine balls and more…It is an excellent option for people who want to reap the benefits of training without the rigor or complexity of movements in other style classes. No prior experience needed as the workouts will be scaled according to skill and fitness level. Simply put, just have fun and sweat!


Personal Training

We offer personal training as well. Whether you’re looking for sport-specific training, specialized skill training for CrossFit or general fitness, we have a training solution for you. We can accommodate 1-on-1 training as well as small group and team training.

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our Bootcamp and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; CrossFit, Bootcamp, Olympic lifting, Power lifting, personal training and open gym to find the format that you enjoy the most. Our staff of experienced coaches are happy to work with you to help develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.

50 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
