When you come to CrossFit Accolade, you can tell immediately that this is not like every other CrossFit gym you’ve gone to. Our classes are capped at 8 athletes which allows our coaches to provide a very personalized experience. Our programming is designed to maximize overall fitness and performance while being true to the CrossFit model of constantly varied workouts.

Working out should be hard, but not intimidating. At CrossFit Accolade, our programs are designed to be well within reach of both beginners and seasoned CrossFit athletes. Our gym is led by incredible coaches who work with every athlete during every workout to ensure that the best possible results are achieved. In exchange, we expect hard work from both the novice and experienced CrossFitter.
